BRAYTON LAGUNA'S HILLBILLY SHOTGUN WEDDING
(use mouse over)
This charming set of six figurines, often referred to as the
"Hillbilly Shotgun Wedding," was designed by Andy
Anderson in the 1930's. The father, holding the gun is a
little over 9" tall. Both "Mama" and
"Poppa" have been
restored. Andy Anderson was a woodcarver. Initially, he carved this set in
wood. It now resides in the Stark Museum in Orange, Texas. One will rarely find the complete set together
and in mint condition. They do bring a smile. (item 2188) (To Buy Click On The Red
