The wingspan on this beautiful bird is approximately 17 inches.  From the 5" x 5" base
to the top of her head is just over 6 inches. On the base of one of the pylons is the artist signature, "Rutledge."
This one has no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a few "worn spots" on one of the pylons, as shown, not
 uncommon for gold leaf items. This appears to be rather unique subject matter for Freeman McFarlin. Seldom
does one see this remarkable creature especially with wings in tact. (item 3268)
