THIS IS LUCY SAILOR GIRL TOPPET

A toppet, as one can see, is all
"head" and no "body." A poppet, on the other hand,
has both head and body and that's the difference. Lucy's sailor
cap can hold a candle or pencils or flowers. She's about 5" tall
and 4" wide at the top and she's in great shape. Since fewer
toppets were produced they are harder to find. No chips, cracks or
